About Indolando Realty Indolando Realty is a Chennai-based real estate company focused on plotted developments, industrial land assets, and layout projects. We are an early adopter of AI and want to make it a core part of how we operate, sell and grow. Role Overview We're looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to help us build and integrate AI-powered systems across our business — from operations and project management to sales, research and customer engagement. If you love working with Claude and other frontier LLMs, and you enjoy turning messy real-world business problems into clean AI-driven workflows, this role is for you. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you won't be a cog in a big AI team, you will BE the AI team. What You'll Do • Design and set up AI-powered systems and workflows for the company using Claude and other LLMs. • Build automations that solve real business problems — document analysis, lead qualification, research automation, report generation, MIS drafting, etc. • Identify areas across departments where AI can improve efficiency, and prototype solutions rapidly. • Work with the founders and team leads to understand pain points and translate them into working AI workflows. • Set up and maintain integrations with company tools — CRM, spreadsheets, docs, communication platforms. • Train and enable other team members on how to work effectively with Claude and other AI tools. • Stay current with the fast-moving AI ecosystem and bring new capabilities into the company. What You Bring • Strong hands-on experience with Claude (and ideally other frontier LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini). • Prompt engineering skills — you know how to get consistent, high-quality output from LLMs. • Experience building AI-driven workflows or automations end-to-end. • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript or similar. • Comfort with APIs, integrations, and no-code / low-code tools. • Strong problem-solving mindset — you can look at a business problem and figure out an AI-first solution. • Good written and spoken English. Nice to Have • Experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, or building custom agents. • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar integration frameworks. • Real estate, architecture or construction background — or a genuine interest in the space — is welcomed but absolutely not required. What matters most is your AI/Claude skills and problem-solving mindset. • Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion.
