About this role
SHS AT QT (Advanced Therapies Quality & Regulatory Team) is a global organization focused on ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across the product lifecycle. It supports innovation by integrating Quality Engineering, Risk Management, Reliability Engineering, and regulatory expertise into product development. The team drives digitalization, AI adoption, and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance. SHS AT QT aims to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions faster, enabling better outcomes for patients, customers, and healthcare providers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for AT QT as part of digital quality initiatives
- Collaborate with Process Experts to identify AI integration opportunities
- Translate business and quality requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Implement AI solutions for predictive quality, anomaly detection, and process automation
- Ensure AI models comply with regulatory, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
- Deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for AI models, data flows, and implementation architecture
- Support cross-functional teams in AI adoption, including training and knowledge sharing
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovations for AT Digitalization initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders across BLs for AI-driven transformation projects
Preferred Requirement
- The candidate must possess knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in real-world products or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and lifecycle management is required.
- Familiarity with regulatory and responsible AI principles (e.g., transparency, explainability, bias mitigation) is expected.
- Experience with healthcare, industrial, or regulated domains is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and AI services is beneficial.
