AI Solutions Engineer (GenAI & Full Stack)

Role & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
• Create, optimize, test, and evaluate prompts to improve model performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python for backend services and React.js for frontend development.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into business applications and workflows.
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.
• Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and system behavior.
• Implement best practices for model orchestration, prompt management, and LLM evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and deployment of new AI use cases.

• Strong Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer Profile with AI/LLM Implementation focus
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of total software development experience, with minimum 1 year hands-on on AI / GenAI / LLM-based projects
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have built AI / LLM based based features (assistants, chatbots, copilots, or workflow automation) using OpenAI / Gemini / Claude / Llama or similar
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have worked directly with external clients or end-users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have strong proficiency in Python with a backend framework (FastAPI / Flask / Django) and REST API development
• Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must have hands-on React experience with strong JavaScript, HTML & CSS, and frontend-to-backend integration
• Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must have hands-on Prompt Engineering, working knowledge of RAG, and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen or equivalent)
• Mandatory (Skill 4) – Must have SQL and database design knowledge with sound software architecture fundamentals
• Preferred (Background) – Prior experience in solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or enterprise software integrations
