AI Solutions Engineer/Data Scientist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative AI Solutions Engineer to join our team at Allianz.

This role involves architecting and deploying end-to-end LLM solutions, including generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, agentic AI frameworks, document automation pipelines, and multimodal model capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong LLMOps proficiency, encompassing prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, model orchestration, standardized output structures, and delivery of high-confidence, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy comprehensive LLM solutions across various AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of AI frameworks.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance and reliability.
• Deliver high-confidence, production-grade AI solutions.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proven expertise in architecting and deploying LLM solutions, including generative AI applications.
• 3-4 years experience working in a corporate context
• Strong LLMOps proficiency in prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and model orchestration.
• Robust full-stack engineering background with Python, TypeScript, FastAPI/Django, RESTful API design, SQL, and cloud-native architectures on Azure.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Azure services.
• Comprehensive experience across machine learning, NLP, computer vision, statistical modeling, data-processing pipelines, and data visualization using Power BI.
