Job Summary

Lead architecture for AI chatbot and multi-agent deployments across Healthcare, Education, Travel, and Hospitality clients-from discovery through handover.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture for multi-agent workflows and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Run client discovery workshops and produce technical proposals and SOWs.
• Oversee integration of AI agents with existing infrastructure, APIs, and compliance systems.
• Establish standards for prompt management, evaluation cadences, and model update policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software architecture or senior AI engineering; client-facing experience required.
• Deep familiarity with the LLM ecosystem-providers, context windows, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Experience delivering AI projects in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) is a strong plus.
