BASIC QUALIFICATION : -

• Mandatory:Bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Preferred Certifications:Certification in AI Solution architecture.Any certification in business analysis or product management will be an added advantage.Any certification in ML/AI/Natural Language Processing, web Crawling and Neural Networks will be an added advantage.

WORK EXPERIENCE : -

• Mandatory:Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in AI/analytics solutioning, digital transformation, technology consulting or solution architecture, with demonstrated experience translating business requirements into enterprise technology/AI solutions, preferably in BFSI.Training & Teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility.Note: Candidates are required to produce up-to-date and full Experience
• Certificate, unambiguously indicating:(i) Nature of job,(ii) Dates and duration of experience,(iii) Level / position,(iv) Responsibilities etc. issued by the employer(s).However, if the candidate is unable to submit an Experience Certificate on the lines indicated above, anydocument unambiguously indicating the experience, nature of job and the period claimed may be submitted andit would be considered on merit at the discretion of the Bank and the decision of the Bank shall be final.

Detail description of Job Profile, Role, Responsibilities, and Functions : -

• Job Profile:Role Profile: Partner with business units and technology teams to identify, conceptualize, design and implement AI-led solutions that address priority business problems and can be scaled across the Bank.
• Key Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to understand business problems, processes, pain points and desired outcomesIdentify opportunities where AI, Generative AI or advanced analytics can create measurable business valueTranslate business requirements into clear AI solution concepts, functional requirements and end-to-end system blueprintsDefine how the proposed AI solution fits into existing business processes, applications, data flows and operating modelsEvaluate alternative solution approaches and recommend the most appropriate AI-led interventionDefine functional solution components including user journeys, AI capabilities, human intervention points, business rules, workflows, data requirements and system interactionsCollaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, enterprise architects, data teams and application teams to convert the solution blueprint into implementable technical designsEnsure technical teams clearly understand the intended business outcomes and functional requirementsAssess scalability, reusability and applicability of solutions across business units and customer segmentsIdentify opportunities to convert individual use cases into reusable enterprise capabilitiesDefine appropriate AI risk controls, guardrails, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, explainability requirements and exception-handling processesWork with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal and Data Governance teams to ensure solutions meet applicable regulatory, ethical, privacy and security requirementsSupport development of business cases including expected benefits, implementation effort, dependencies and key risksParticipate in PoCs and pilots and assess whether solutions meet business acceptance criteria before scale-upGuide solution teams during development, testing, implementation and business rolloutCoordinate resolution of business-functional issues arising during implementationDefine success measures and adoption requirements for AI solutionsMonitor post-implementation outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve solution effectivenessCreate reusable solution patterns, templates and blueprints for common AI use cases across the bank.
• KRAs:Convert priority business problems and requirements into well-defined AI-led solution concepts and blueprintsEnsure proposed AI solutions address clearly defined business outcomes and secure alignment across business and technology stakeholders.Develop end-to-end functional and system blueprints covering business processes, AI capabilities, data, integrations, workflows and human intervention points.Design solutions for scalability and reuse across functions, products, geographies and customer segments wherever applicable.Incorporate appropriate Responsible AI principles, risk controls, guardrails, human oversight, explainability and exception mechanisms into solution designWork closely with technical teams to translate solution blueprints into deployable AI solutions and support delivery from concept through productionDefine success measures for AI initiatives and ensure implemented solutions deliver intended business outcomes, efficiency, customer experience or risk-management improvements.Drive effective collaboration between Business, AI/Analytics, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Information Security and implementation partners.Develop reusable AI solution patterns and identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across the Bank.
• Annual CTC Upper Range In Lakhs : - Upper range - Rs. 90.00 Lacs
• Fixed Term Employment Period : - 3 Years. May be renewed for further period of 02 years at the discretion of Bank at mutually agreed terms and conditions (Total engagement period should not exceed 05 years).
• Place of Posting : - Mumbai or anywhere in India, in case of any administrative requirement..
• HOW TO APPLY: Candidates should have valid Email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of result. It will help him/her in getting call letter/ interview advice etc. by email.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION : -

• Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on SBI website https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI etc.
• Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless candidate uploads his/ her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (under How to Upload Document).
• Candidates should fill the application carefully. Once application is filled-in completely, candidate should submit the same. In the event of candidate not being able to fill the application in one go, he can save the information already entered. When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved application using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility for editing the saved information will be available for three times only. Once the application is completely filled, candidate should submit the same and proceed for online payment of fee.
• After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application form.
• Candidates seeking Age relaxation are required to submit copies of necessary certificates at the time of document verification. No change in category of any candidate is permitted after registration of online application.

GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES : -

• Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is Rs. 750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST /PwBD candidates.
• After ensuring correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter.
• Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available thereat. The payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ UPI etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
• On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form, bearing the date of submission by the candidate, will be generated which should be printed and retained by the candidate.
• If the online payment of fee is not successfully completed in first instance, please make fresh attempts to make online payment.
• A provision is there to reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing fee details, at later stage.
• Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account NOR can it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in future.
