Role: AI Solution Architect

Onsite: Hinjawadi, Pune

Mandatory Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in IT, consulting or solution architecture, including 4+ years designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Proven delivery of at least two procurement transformation programmes in which AI was a core component, from use-case definition through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes: tail spend analysis, inventory management, guided buying, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, requisition-to-order and invoice processing.
• Good experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (MM) and/or equivalent procurement tools, including integration architectures (APIs, data lake, event-driven patterns).
• Broad view of the AI market (build vs. buy, in-house vs. SaaS, different technology stacks and tooling), with the judgement to tell what is mature and what is hype.
• Proven experience architecting AI solutions on Microsoft Azure: Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, Azure ML, AI Search, Document Intelligence and the Azure data platform.
• Deep practical knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, evaluation and guardrails) and classical ML (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection).
• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps: model monitoring, retraining, explainability and cost management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business stakeholders and translate technical trade-offs into business terms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
