Role Description The AI Software Engineer will work on-site in Ulhasnagar in a full-time capacity, developing and integrating AI-driven software solutions to support civil engineering and infrastructure workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, building and maintaining software tools, and applying pattern recognition and neural network techniques to operational and project data. The role involves collaborating with engineering, project management, and IT teams to identify business problems where AI can add value, prototyping solutions, and deploying them into production environments. The AI Software Engineer will also document technical designs, ensure code quality through testing and reviews, and stay current with advances in AI, NLP, and software engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related libraries or frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++) and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment into production environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI solutions to engineering, construction, or infrastructure domains is an advantage.
