10-15 years of software engineering experience.

2. Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).
3. Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
4. Experience building Agentic AI systems.
5. Strong software architecture and system design background.
6. API and microservices architecture experience.
7. AI evaluation frameworks implementation experience.
8. AI observability and monitoring experience.
9. Cloud-native application architecture experience.
10. Strong backend engineering fundamentals.
11. Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical leadership.

3. Preferred Requirements

1. LangChain / LlamaIndex / LangGraph experience.
2. Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / Anthropic ecosystem.
3. LangSmith, Langfuse usage.
4. OpenTelemetry implementation.
5. Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB).
6. Multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
