About the Role

SpeEdLabs is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Trainers to deliver engaging training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to explain technical topics through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI, Robotics, and STEM training sessions for students, teachers, and educational institutions.
• Explain AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, generative AI, and related technologies in a simple and engaging manner.
• Deliver practical demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning sessions.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on activities.
• Support students in developing AI-based projects and participating in competitions and innovation programs.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, and internal teams to ensure effective training delivery.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct online and offline training sessions based on project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Python programming, AI tools, and basic robotics is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with different levels of experience.
• Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or workshop experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Passionate about technology, innovation, and education.
• Comfortable delivering both online and offline training sessions.
• Willing to travel for school visits and workshops, wherever required.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing training sessions independently.
