Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Solutions Lead to own client solution design, implementation strategy, product roadmaps and business outcomes after a client signs up.

You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, Account Owners and AI Implementation Managers to translate complex business challenges into scalable, AI-enabled product solutions. You will ensure implementations are delivered on time, achieve measurable business outcomes and create opportunities for wider product adoption.

This role is ideal for a post-MBA management consultant who wants to move beyond recommendations and take ownership of implementation and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Understand client workflows, business processes, systems, vendors and approval structures, and translate them into scalable solutions on the Limitless platform.
• Product Roadmap: Develop phased implementation roadmaps, prioritize workflows and define milestones for department-level and organization-wide adoption.
• Client Engagement: Lead client workshops, stakeholder discussions, solution presentations and product demonstrations using relevant client data and business use cases.
• Implementation Management: Partner with AI Implementation Managers stationed at client sites to drive execution, resolve blockers and maintain delivery quality.
• Engineering Coordination: Work with engineering teams to define requirements, validate feasibility, agree on timelines and track product enhancements through delivery.
• AI Solutioning: Identify practical AI and automation use cases, assess technical feasibility and ensure solutions address real business problems.
• Outcome Measurement: Define baseline KPIs, track business impact, measure ROI and prepare outcome reports with clients.
• Product Feedback: Convert recurring client requirements into structured product inputs while distinguishing core product capabilities from client-specific configurations.
• Team Leadership: Guide, coach and review AI Implementation Managers, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery standards across accounts.
• Account Growth Support: Identify opportunities for expansion into additional departments, workflows and business units, supported by measurable outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• MBA / PGDM from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting, strategy consulting or a closely related consulting role. Three years of post-MBA experience is the maximum for this requirement.
• Overall professional experience in the 2–5 year range.
• Must have seen at least one consulting engagement through end to end at a client site, covering business diagnosis, solution design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI systems, enterprise AI use cases, Generative AI and the practical limitations of AI in real-world business environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders and operational teams.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, competing priorities and delivery commitments.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, operations or digital transformation engagements.
• Exposure to ERP or enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, Tally or Zoho.
• Experience with AI/GenAI solution implementation, workflow automation or enterprise software products.
• Engineering undergraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience leading workstreams or coordinating cross-functional teams.
