AI Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Identify business problems and opportunities where AI-based products can add value, working closely with business teams.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, process maps, and business cases, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, full-stack engineers, DevOps engineers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout product development and testing.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business sign-offs, release readiness, and product launches.
• Track product adoption, define success metrics, measure business benefits, and continuously improve the product roadmap based on user feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience working with cross-functional software, data, automation, or AI delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, product backlog management, process mapping, UAT, and product analytics.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled products and their business applications.
