AI Product Operations & Solutions Lead

We are hiring for an AI Product Operations and Solutions Lead to work at the intersection of AI, Product, Consulting, and Enterprise Solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world AI deployments, enterprise workflows, Voice AI, prompt design, analytics, and customer-facing AI solutions in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business workflows and AI use cases.
• Design, deploy, and optimise AI-powered solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams to drive successful implementations.
• Conduct prompt design, AI evaluations, workflow mapping, and performance analysis.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in Product, Consulting, Operations, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
• Interest or experience in AI, GenAI, Voice AI, workflow automation, or enterprise technology.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working in startups, high-growth product companies, or AI-first organisations.
• Exposure to AI products, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with prompt engineering, analytics, API integrations, or workflow automation.
• Background from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, etc. ) is preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and large-scale deployments.
