AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the AI agent for research workflows end-to-end, and define its vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Build a modular, extensible agent platform that works across multiple research domains and user segments.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, NLP, design, growth and data teams to deliver an agent-first experience.
• Do prompt engineering and build evaluations (evals) for agentic systems.
• Turn ambiguous user problems into structured product requirements and intelligent system behaviours.
• Continuously improve the agent through user insights, experimentation and learning loops.
• Work closely with software teams on defining, designing and delivering high-quality products, and give feedback on architecture, design and priorities.
• Work with designers to convert product requirements into actionable prototypes.
• Break product requirements into clear, executable tasks with quick time-to-market and efficient use of resources.
• Use analytical skills, business judgment and strategic thinking to create world-class experiences.
• Take initiative, plan efficiently and avoid analysis paralysis.
• Proactively fill communication gaps across the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development in technical leadership, product management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration and modern AI architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning and AI evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent.
• Experience leading product design through the full lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release.
• Comfort defining and optimising system-level metrics such as accuracy, completion rate, latency and user trust.
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritise requirements.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Clear, persuasive communication, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions at multiple levels.
• Preferred: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
