AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build a modular, extensible agent platform that works across multiple research domains and user segments.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, NLP, design, growth, and data teams to deliver an agent-first research experience.
• Do prompt engineering and evals for agentic systems.
• Define product strategy with founders.
• Talk to recruiters and hiring managers weekly.
• Convert qualitative hiring behaviour into scalable product experiences.
• Design AI-native workflows.
• Prioritise platform capabilities.
• Work closely with AI and engineering.
