AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for AI-powered products and features from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Translate customer problems into AI-driven product opportunities and define detailed product requirements.
• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Prioritise features using customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Work with engineering teams throughout development, testing, release, and post-launch optimisation.
• Define product KPIs and continuously improve product performance through experimentation and user feedback.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of AI-powered products.
• Proven experience building AI products or AI features from scratch and taking them to production.
• Strong understanding of the AI product development lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience defining product requirements, writing PRDs, prioritising roadmaps, and managing agile product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
