About The Opportunity A fast-scaling tech-driven organization in the Fintech & BFSI sector, we’re building next-gen digital banking, payments, and financial ecosystem products that serve millions of consumers and SMEs across India. Our Product Managers don’t just define roadmaps—they own outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and ship features that drive real user growth, compliance adherence, and revenue impact in highly regulated environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—for digital lending, payments, or customer experience modules targeting Indian users.
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks (RBI, NPCI, KYC/AML) into product features without compromising usability or speed.
- Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, legal, risk) to ship MVPs, iterate based on user analytics, and scale to 1M+ users.
- Define KPIs, track adoption, churn, and LTV metrics using Mixpanel/Amplitude/Google Analytics and drive data-backed prioritization.
- Collaborate with Growth & Marketing to design onboarding flows, referral mechanics, and feature adoption campaigns that boost retention.
- Represent the voice of the customer—conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and market scans to build differentiated fintech experiences.
