AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS

We are building several solutions that will combine the power of multiple brands/ data within Info Edge to solve some very exciting challenges. Currently we are expanding our team that builds:

1. DoSelect (Assessment Platform)

2. Zwayam (ATS – Application Tracking System)

3. Agentic AI products: Sourcing agent, Screening Agent & AI Interviewer

Work Location: Bangalore

As SPM - Senior Product Manager (working directly with the Product Head), you will own the strategy and execution of the product roadmap for our new and existing products, with the aim of building solutions that establish us as the undisputed industry leader and solve some pressing industry challenges, leveraging data all along the way.

You will:

Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for one or two products

Manage the entire Product Lifecycle from building the roadmap to conceptualization to delivery

Collaborate across the larger eco system and bring in the cohesiveness needed to build effective solutions

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success / support and drive outcomes

Suggest and execute growth hacks required for the product.

Deeply analyze key metrics of product

Track or validate success of new product launches/existing

You should have:

At least 4 years of proven Product Management experience, past exposure to Agentic AI products would be preferred

Passion to create solutions and products

MBA from a premium B-school

Proven track record of building products in a collaborative / matrix environment

Proven track record of building a product led successful business

The ability to use data / logic to support your point of view
