About Engagereel EngageReel (by Flixstock) makes product videos for e-commerce brands. A garment SKU goes in, a finished marketing video comes out - styled and placed the way that category sells. Behind it sits a pipeline of LLM agents: research, scripting, validation, asset matching, execution.

The Role One senior seat, with direct access to leadership. The work is orchestration. You decide how the agents talk to each other, who resolves the conflict when the executor flags a scene mismatch, how context passes through a long session without degrading, and where the guardrails sit. Some of this runs on frameworks. A lot of it cannot.

What we are looking for - 3-6 years of engineering experience, with at least 1.5-2 years building multi-agent or LLM-orchestration systems that ran in production at some scale - Strong Python - Framework-agnostic depth. You know what LangGraph or CrewAI does under the hood, and you can design the orchestration without them - End-to-end ownership - you have taken something from idea to working software on your own - You hold up when scope changes. We have seen good prompt engineers solve one problem well, then stall the moment the problem shifts - B.Tech / B.E. in any field

Good to have - Agent systems shipped to real users, however small - Hands-on with MCP servers, RAG, eval harnesses - Content, video, or image automation work - An AI-native daily workflow you can show

One thing to know before applying The technical round goes deep on a system you built. Expect questions on how context passed between your agents, what broke at scale, and what you changed. Claims get checked against work. If the agent experience is one tutorial deep, the round will find it.
