About GNOWGEN GNOWGEN is a sustainability-driven company transforming ESG factors through smart technologies, including IoT, AI, and renewable energy solutions. We're looking for a passionate AI Practitioner to help us integrate advanced AI models into real-world applications for a greener planet.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for applications in ESG sector, predictive analytics, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and sustainability analysts.
• Implement and fine-tune computer vision models (e.g., for smart waste containers using AI cameras).
• Analyze large datasets from IoT devices to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy models using Azure
• Keep up with the latest research in AI/ML and suggest ways to integrate them into business use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV.
• Experience with cloud-based ML services (Azure ML Studio etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with sustainability or smart city projects is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MLOps and automated model deployment.
• Hands-on experience in NLP or LLM fine-tuning is an added advantage.
• Experience with real-time AI applications using edge computing.
