who is already capable of working independently and delivering high-quality results.

I am particularly interested in someone who is genuinely passionate about technology, design and AI, learns quickly, takes initiative and constantly explores better and more efficient ways of working.

Practical ability, creativity, attention to detail and a strong portfolio are far more important than academic qualifications or years of experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

1. Web Design & Development

• Independently design, build, maintain and update professional corporate websites.
• Manage the complete process, from concept and UX/UI design to testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Work confidently with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms and modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Handle responsive design, hosting, basic SEO, performance optimisation and simple integrations.

2. Graphic Design & Corporate Communication

• Produce professional brochures, catalogues, company profiles, presentations and marketing materials.
• Develop high-quality digital and print graphics consistent with corporate branding.
• Demonstrate excellent visual taste, typography, composition and attention to detail.
• Be proficient with professional design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or equivalent tools.

3. Digital Content & Multimedia

• Create and edit images, videos, animations and digital marketing content.
• Develop professional visual materials for websites, presentations and social media.
• Use modern AI-powered creative tools to improve production quality and efficiency.

4. Artificial Intelligence

• Demonstrate strong, practical knowledge of generative AI tools for text, images, video, design and web development.
• Use AI naturally and extensively in daily work, not simply as an occasional assistant.
• Be capable of combining different AI tools into efficient workflows, including simple automations.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and speed.
• Critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs rather than accepting them without proper verification.
