AI Native Web Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate directly in client meetings alongside the project lead to gather, understand, and document technical requirements.
• Build, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
• Integrate AI functionalities or APIs (like OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into web projects based on client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accurate translation of UI/UX layouts into functional code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, acting swiftly to resolve technical roadblocks.
• Keep clean, well-documented code repositories and maintain daily status updates for the project lead.
• Adapt quickly to shifting project scopes and client feedback during agile development cycles.

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: Hands-on experience in frontend/backend web development with a strong portfolio of live projects.
• Preferred Qualification: B.C.A, B.E (Computer Science/Information Science), or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Requirements (Brownie Points)

• AI Tooling: Experience utilizing AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) for efficient code generation and debugging.
• Core Web Tech: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js).
• API Integration: Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub for source code management.
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients during requirement gathering.

Work Setup & Location

• Location: 100% Remote.
• Hours: Flexible working hours, aligned with project deadlines and scheduled client meetings.
• Language: English proficiency required for client communication (Kannada proficiency is a plus).
