As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions that integrate artificial intelligence at their core. You will be engaged in the entire software lifecycle, from initial development through to deployment, ensuring that the products meet high standards of quality and compliance. Your work will focus on continuously enhancing the software development process by adopting innovative AI-native methodologies, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of production-ready applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and ensure timely resolution of challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with front-end and back-end technologies, including frameworks and libraries relevant to full stack development.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software applications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
• Knowledge of database management and integration with application layers.
