As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. The engineer actively participates in validating and refining these solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Continuous enhancement of software development and operational practices is a key aspect, fostering innovation and efficiency in how software products are built and maintained within a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration into project workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and operational efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components.

• Ability to integrate AI models into scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing AI-based systems for production environments.
