As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout their lifecycle. The engineer actively participates in refining development practices to ensure high standards of quality and compliance, while continuously seeking ways to enhance software performance and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to align AI-driven innovations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to integrate AI-native methodologies into software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components.
• Ability to optimize and maintain scalable AI-based applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices tailored to AI integration.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and validating AI models within software solutions.
