• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products.
• Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
• Assist junior team members in understanding AI-native development methodologies.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong understanding of AI-native software development principles and practices.
• Experience with software lifecycle management including development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and validation techniques to ensure solution quality.
