About this role
JOB Purpose
We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer who excels at building modern applications using AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software engineering workflow. You will work across the full technology stack- React. js, Next. js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and AWS -leveraging tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software efficiently without compromising reliability or maintainability.
Role and Responsibilities / KRAs
- Build frontend applications using React and Next. js
- Design and build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI)
- Use AI-assisted coding tools daily as part of your development workflow
- Design and manage databases, primarily PostgreSQL
- Deploy and maintain services on AWS
- Integrate ML models and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. ) into product features
- Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code with strong unit test coverage
- Debug, optimize, and maintain services across the full stack
- Collaborate with product and design to prototype and iterate quickly
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- BE/B. Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Software Development.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Next. js
- Strong hands-on experience with Python/FastAPI
- Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Experience deploying and managing services on AWS
- Daily, practical experience using AI coding assistants - not just familiarity, actual workflow integration
- Comfort writing unit tests and maintaining code quality across the stack
- Exposure to ML concepts/models - using or integrating them into products
- Strong debugging skills and good judgment on when AI-generated code needs a second look
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with NestJS
- Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows
- Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Startup experience / comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
