AI-Native Flutter Developer

We are looking for a strong Flutter Developer who can build high-quality Android and iOS applications faster using AI, automation, and agentic AI workflows.

This role is for someone who is not just a mobile app developer, but a product-minded engineer who can take ownership of mobile-app-related initiatives, understand requirements, break them into tasks, use AI tools intelligently, and deliver production-ready features with strong engineering judgment. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter apps for Android and iOS.
• Convert requirements, Figma designs, and business logic into clean screens, reusable components, and reliable user flows.
• Use AI tools for planning, code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, release notes, and code review.
• Work with APIs, authentication, secure storage, push notifications, payments, analytics, crash reporting, and third-party SDKs.
• Improve app security, including token handling, API security, input validation, permissions, session management, and sensitive-data protection.
• Optimize performance, including startup time, memory usage, API efficiency, smooth scrolling, battery usage, and overall responsiveness.
• Implement analytics to track user behavior, funnels, errors, retention, and feature usage.
• Use monitoring, testing, and AI-assisted review to detect and fix issues early.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and design teams to ship reliable features quickly.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of mobile architecture and state management such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, secure storage, and session management.
• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or similar mobile/backend services.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, Git, CI/CD, and release workflows.
• Experience with analytics and crash tools such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, Crashlytics, or Sentry.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or other coding agents.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech, payments, compliance, or high-security apps.
• Flutter automated testing experience.
• App Store and Play Store deployment experience.
• Familiarity with advanced agentic AI workflows.
• Ability to create technical documentation, product notes, and release checklists.
