AI Native Engineer

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in agentic AI, LLM applications, RAG, and multi-agent systems to build next-generation autonomous software engineering solutions. The team will be building an autonomous Identity Harness that can implement software features end-to-end from Jira tickets through design, coding, review, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• You will work on an autonomous software engineering platform where:
• Jira tickets are converted into epics/stories.
• Tasks are routed to specialized AI agents.
• Agents handle design planning, coding review, and testing.
• Systems incorporate model routing, retries, and token-cost controls.
• Human intervention is enabled through monitoring and alerting.

Requirements:

• Good to Have: Amazon Bedrock / Azure AI, Docker and Kubernetes, Langfuse / Arize Phoenix / Helicone, LangSmith / DeepEval, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini or other foundation models, MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and multi-agent autonomous workflows.

Agentic AI and LLM:

• Strong experience with agentic AI and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience designing multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems.
• Experience with tool calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.

AI Governance and Optimization:

• Prompt injection prevention and AI security.
• Token spend/cost management.
• Context window and memory management.
• Model routing and retry mechanisms.
• Ability to substitute non-LLM tools where possible to reduce token consumption.

RAG and Evaluation:

• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with RAGAS and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Retrieval optimization and quality monitoring.

Cloud and AI Platform:

• Experience across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or similar AI platforms.
• Model-agnostic approach with experience working across multiple foundation models.
• Experience with production-grade AI solutions.

Backend and Development:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience developing APIs/backend services using FastAPI.
• Strong experience with Git/GitHub.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
