AI-Native Communication Design Intern

Tripmojo is building a smarter way to plan, manage, and experience travel. We're looking for a Visual Design Intern who can help shape how Tripmojo looks across the product, social media, campaigns, and everything in between.

This role is a good fit for someone who has a strong visual eye, follows contemporary design closely, and enjoys turning ideas into polished, memorable visuals.

What you'll work on

• Product visuals — illustrations, feature graphics, onboarding visuals, empty states, app store creatives, and other visual moments inside the product.
• Social media — scroll-stopping content around travel, lifestyle, destinations, product launches, and Tripmojo campaigns.
• Illustrations & icons — creating visual systems, custom illustrations, iconography, stickers, and supporting graphics.
• Performance ads — static and experimental ad creatives across different formats and platforms.
• Brand campaigns — helping translate ideas and campaigns into a consistent visual language across touchpoints.
• Experimenting with AI design and image-generation tools to explore ideas faster and create better creative output.

What we're looking for

Someone who:

• Has a strong sense of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Can create visuals that feel modern rather than overly corporate or template-driven.
• Has a natural interest in travel, lifestyle, culture, photography, or consumer brands.
• Can work comfortably in Figma
• Is comfortable taking an idea from a rough direction to a polished final creative.
• Pays attention to details and cares about the last 10% of visual quality.

Nice to have

• Experience creating travel or lifestyle content.
• Illustration skills.
• Motion design / After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Seedance, etc.
• Photography or video-editing skills.
• Previous internship, freelance, college project, or personal work involving consumer products.
