Role Overview: Founding NLP / Edge AI Engineer We are hiring a founding engineer to build efficient NLP pipelines and deploy optimized models directly to local edge hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build structured NLP translation pipelines and entity extraction systems.
• Fine-tune lightweight Seq2Seq models (T5, MarianMT) for custom vocabularies.
• Develop and optimize inference pipelines for local edge execution.
• Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Bonus: Model compilation and quantization to ONNX format for maximum local inference speed.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, APIs, and version control (Git).
• Applied expertise in neural networks and pattern recognition (training, tuning, and evaluating models).
