AI/ML Technical Trainer

Role Description The AI/ML Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, developing course materials and assessments, mentoring learners on projects, and ensuring training content aligns with current industry standards and academic objectives. The trainer will collaborate with faculty and academic coordinators to update curricula, track learner progress, and integrate practical case studies and tools into teaching. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring consistent presence on campus for instruction, learner support, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications

• Strong background in AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, data science workflows) with the ability to teach both fundamentals and advanced topics.
• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development, including curriculum design, session planning, and learning outcome evaluation.
• Experience working as a Technical Trainer or in similar instructional roles, with practical exposure to training delivery and learner engagement.
• Effective Communication and Training skills, including clear presentation abilities, facilitation of discussions, and support for learners with varied skill levels.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Ability to create hands-on labs, real-world projects, and assessments that reflect current industry practices in AI/ML.
• Comfort with educational technologies, learning management systems, and online resources to supplement on-site teaching.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric approach, with openness to continuous improvement and feedback.
