About This Role Join our Technology Division as an AI/ML Developer to build and deploy intelligent systems powering our AI SaaS products. You’ll work with new age language models and machine learning technologies, creating AI capabilities that deliver intelligent, scalable applications for real world business challenges. RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for diverse business applications and use cases
• Integrate Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) into production environments
• Construct NLP pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and text processing
• Implement machine learning solutions for classification, prediction, and recommendation engines
• Collaborate with backend team to deploy AI models via scalable, efficient APIs
• Enhance model performance, response latency, and accuracy metrics
• Manage data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training workflows
• Stay current with evolving AI/ML research, tools, and methodologies
• Document AI model architectures, implementations, and performance analytics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of AI/ML development or substantial project experience
• Strong Python programming proficiency (required)
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid NLP concepts and AI application development understanding
• Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and prompt engineering
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering familiarity
• Git and collaborative development workflow experience
• Analytical problem-solving mindset
• Clear technical communication abilities Bonus Points:
• Diverse AI/ML application experience
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) knowledge
• Model deployment and MLOps understanding
• Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Hugging Face ecosystem familiarity
