AI/ML MLOps Engineer

About Position: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML MLOps Engineer (L5) to join our team in supporting an AWS Professional Services engagement. This role focuses on fine-tuning and deploying a self-hosted large language model (LLM) to replace a high-cost commercial inference pipeline used for automated UI test execution.

• Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain training data pipelines, including format conversion, deduplication, and quality filtering.
• Execute supervised fine-tuning with progressive model scaling to enhance model performance.
• Design and implement offline evaluation frameworks to assess model efficacy.
• Develop and execute shadow-mode and staged A/B rollout strategies, ensuring automated rollback capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Monitor production systems and implement canary deployments for continuous improvement.
