AI/ML Lead

Lead AI/ML initiatives across Techsophys product portfolio. Youll architect end-to-end machine learning solutions, mentor a team of engineers, and drive the adoption of state-of-the-art LLM and MLOps practices.

• 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years in a lead/architect role
• Deep expertise in Data Science - statistical modelling, feature engineering, experimentation
• Strong hands-on skills with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• End-to-end MLOps experience (model registry, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
• Practical experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficient in Python; exposure to Scala or Java a plus
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and mentor junior engineers
