AI ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled

AI/ML Engineer, Mumbai (4+yrs) with expertise in

Generative AI (Gen AI), Machine Learning, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases. Experience in the

banking/financial services domain or supporting banking applications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

Generative AI and

Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.

• Build intelligent AI assistants and autonomous workflows using

Agentic AI frameworks.

• Develop

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines by integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.

• Design, implement, and optimize semantic search and document retrieval solutions using

Vector Databases .

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models for business use cases.
• Build scalable AI APIs and backend services for production environments.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Monitor model performance, optimize inference, and improve solution accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

Generative AI (Gen AI) .

• Solid expertise in

Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms and model development.

• Experience designing and implementing

Agentic AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and implementation.

• Hands-on experience with

Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.
• Strong programming skills in

Python .

• Experience working with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
