Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and exploring innovative approaches to enhance language understanding are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications and systems. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.
• Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and implement efficient data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model performance and scalability. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
