AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai and contribute to the development of innovative, scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and PySpark.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Develop and maintain machine learning workflows, ensuring model performance and reliability in production.
• Monitor production AI/ML solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Continuously improve model accuracy, operational efficiency, and data quality. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, Algorithms, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and distributed data processing.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting AI/ML, forecasting, or analytics solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection, model monitoring, and production support.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
