AI/ML Engineer

AI/ML Engineer (4+ Years Experience) Location: Remote Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent AI solutions for an enterprise HR technology platform. This role requires strong expertise in modern AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI Agents.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector database solutions.
• Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience deploying and optimizing AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, E2E) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
• Develop AI Agent architectures capable of autonomous reasoning, task execution, and workflow orchestration.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate LLMs and SLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Design scalable prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration systems.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven features.
• Develop APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
• Experience with fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, or model customization techniques.
• Understanding of HR, workforce management, talent management, or enterprise business systems is a plus.
• Experience working with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.
