AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an AI/GenAI Engineer with a strong foundation in software testing and automation to design, develop, and implement intelligent testing solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience in AI/ML with robust analytical and programming skills to build next‑generation, adaptive test frameworks that enhance product quality, speed, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered test automation frameworks to enable full‑stack validation across UI, API, and data layers.
• Implement machine learning models for intelligent test case prioritization, defect prediction, and maximizing test coverage.
• Build self‑healing and adaptive test scripts capable of dynamically adjusting to changes in UI elements, API responses, and underlying data.
• Develop automated workflows for database testing, including SQL‑based data validation, data integrity checks, and system integration scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as developers, QA engineers, and data scientists to embed intelligent testing strategies into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze multi‑service and multi‑database test data to detect trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party AI/GenAI testing tools to enhance automation capabilities and streamline workflows.
• Contribute to automation strategy and best practices , improving standards, tooling, and methodologies across the testing ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies in testing or related domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

C# or Python .

• Familiarity with AI agents and generative AI tools for automation, optimization, and workflow enhancement.
• Demonstrated ability to

deliver results under aggressive timelines , solving time-critical technical issues effectively.

• Strong

analytical and problem‑solving skills , with a focus on eliminating inefficiencies and simplifying complex workflows.

• Excellent

verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

• Experience in

database testing , SQL validation, and system integration testing (preferred but not mandatory).
