Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and a solid understanding of data science, deep learning, and Generative AI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.
• Build and optimize predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and implement Deep Learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software development teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.
• Create documentation, reports, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Exposure to NLP tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with Computer Vision using OpenCV.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
