Optum is hiring for AI ML Engineers at Noida who can join us on a short notice.

Location - Noida

Experience - 6 years to 13 yrs

Notice period - Immediate to 45 days

Job description -

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions leveraging traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies
• Build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures
• Develop and optimize NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, information extraction, semantic search, and conversational AI use cases
• Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune foundation models using industry-standard frameworks and performance metrics
• Implement Responsible AI principles, ensuring solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, explain ability, and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics, with 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or related fields and the last 3+ years focused on Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience in AI and driving the development of innovative AI and machine learning solutions
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development
