Role Overview

Position Name: AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a technically strong AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The role involves working on real-world AI problems, building intelligent systems, and driving AI-led innovation across our recruitment platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world use cases
• Build and implement LLM-based applications and AI-powered features
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases
• Work on NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive modeling problems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production
• Build scalable APIs and deploy models using cloud platforms
• Continuously experiment with new AI/ML techniques and improve model performance

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, or Generative AI (LLMs)
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with deploying ML models (APIs, Docker, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and fundamentals

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and pipelines
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
• Exposure to AI agent development or automation workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity for new AI technologies
