Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, model deployment, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for business applications.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and create predictive models.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, and Predictive Analytics solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and application development teams.
• Deploy models using cloud-native AI/ML services and MLOps practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI applications.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI algorithms.
• Expertise in Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of ML model deployment and MLOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Good to Have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, or large-scale data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and prompt engineering.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
