AI/ML Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
• Develop and optimize ML algorithms using Python and relevant libraries.
• Implement AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Work on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.
• Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for code quality and model monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
