Ai Ml Engineer

Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to build, scale, and manage end-to-end machine learning systems. The role involves developing automated ML pipelines, improving existing models, building experimentation capabilities, and delivering production-ready ML solutions that generate predictions and insights for end users. Candidate will work across machine learning engineering, data science, platform engineering, feature engineering, model optimization, and system design.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
• Excellent programming skills in Python.
• Experience building and managing production ML pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker or similar ML platforms.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering/ML ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model development.
• Experience with feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Experience taking ML models from experimentation to production.
• Strong understanding of ML system design and architecture.
• Experience designing automated workflows and scalable ML platforms.
• Ability to work with inherited/legacy models and improve them based on changing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience building an ML experimentation platform.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML.
• Experience building internal data or analytics products.
• Familiarity with SQL and data platforms.
• Experience working in a product-focused engineering environment.
