Ai Ml Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• AI/ML Development: Design, develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI APIs.
• Full Stack Development: Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Backend & API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate AI/ML models into web applications, and manage authentication, authorization, and business logic.
• Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Model Integration & Optimization: Integrate AI/ML models into production applications, optimize performance, and ensure scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, model evaluation, and application debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy applications and AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and monitor their performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, model evaluation reports, and development workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in backend development using FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn new technologies, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Practical project experience, internships, or a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI/ML and full-stack development capabilities is desirable.
