AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks. The role involves building intelligent applications powered by LLMs, integrating enterprise data sources, and optimizing AI models for production environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Build and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Develop RAG-based systems by integrating vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for task automation and decision-making.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5-15 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI model development.
• Strong experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
