Job Summary
Own the ML lifecycle from data preparation to model deployment for applied business use-cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation
- Experiment with classical ML and deep learning techniques where appropriate
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into production services
- Monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness
- Document assumptions, metrics, and results clearly
Requirements
- Solid Python skills and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy
- Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and evaluation metrics
- Experience with model serving or MLOps is a plus
- Comfortable working with real-world, messy datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
