Project Role Description :Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models effectively within various applications. Daily activities may include working on deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, chatbot functionalities, and image processing tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that meet organizational goals.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities.

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI models and their practical application within software solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines that ensure production-ready quality.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing methodologies.



Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
